A versatile ingredient for many different recipes, I decided to try and make a homemade version of this cooking staple.

ree

Ingredients: - makes a little over 1/2 cup

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

- 2 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce - VH brand is GF

- 2 tablespoons water

- 1 tablespoon molasses

- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/8 ground cinnamon

- 1/8 black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan on medium high heat and whisk together. Bring mixture to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool. Store in airtight container in fridge.

This recipe can be used in anything you would use Worcestershire sauce such as Nuts & Bolts, Caesar cocktails, sauces and many more
