Summer is just around the corner and with summer comes patio season, what better way to welcome the warm weather than with a new cocktail. Combining the traditional Moscow mule ingredients like lime, mint and ginger beer with the fresh fruity flavours of peach and raspberry makes for a great summer drink!

It's no secret one of my favourite fruits to enjoy in the summer is peaches! They are such a versatile fruit and can pair well with so many different flavours. When making a Moscow mule I find I like the flavour from the non alcohol ginger beers just a little bit better than ones with alcohol. I used spicy ginger beer for this recipe to add a little bit of heat and it was a great addition.

The weather is warming up, gardening and yard work are taking up our weekends and our lives are slowly starting to return back to normal so why not have a couple friends over and enjoy a new cocktail on your patio? The beauty of Moscow mules is that they are a easy drink to make in a large pitcher then you just top each glass with your ginger beer.
